Eureka Forbes Dr aquaguard - AMC service is not provided for the last two years

Hi,
I Prasanth Joseph (customer code **********) has taken an AMC of two years on **-**-**** for my aqua guard Dr. Genius water purifier system. As per the contract service engineer needs to provide three periodical services in a year. Till now, no one visited for any service. On **th July ****, I raised a service request and the service request number is given **********. Someone informed me that a service engineer will be visiting soon. But no one visited as of today. I am at the end of my two year contract . This is purely a breach of contract and I would like to escalate the same for not attending to this product till now.
Today the product service light is also on and therefore I requested again for a service personnel to attend to service of the product. But this was never expected of a company like Eureka forbes. Nowadays companies are giving Covid ** related justifications which are not acceptable for not providing your services for the last two years.
