I bought oneplus* **gb mirror black by exchanging my old phone through Amazon.in
I am not able to make and receive calls due to an issue the phone.I contacted the customer support they asked me to wait for * days .I have explained them the magnitude of the problem is very high. Because of this I didn't received any calls and also I have missed many otp for bank transfers .Kindly take an action against Amazon.in
