I Booked a SKY BIRD FOLDABLE DRONE on **th Feb and received one wrong packet on **th Feb **** at **:** PM,At time of open the box i made a video of sealed box and found that Item was wrong delivered ( Video Attached for your reference ),Immediately i raised the return pick up on **th Feb at **:** PM and got notification that Return Pick up will be done by **th Feb between **:** AM to *:** PM,One guy called me and said please come out of your home location then i will pick up your packed( Video attached ),I came out and handover to same packet to the delivery guys whose name is Hitesh Solanki and his contact num is ********** and he said i will came back in evening for pick up your order because currently i don't have space to keep the packet in his byk.Then after i was trying call him severals time as well as whatsapp massaged but he did not respond of my call or my whatsapp query and also he updated a comment on amazon that i ( Customer ) refused the return pickup order which is absolutely wrong.
Again on **nd Feb i was trying to raised the pickup the same packets and unfortunately connected with Amazon Customer care ( I have attached the call record ). He & She taken my request and said that wait till **th feb then my issue will be resolved.But i did not get any respond from anyone.Again i called to Amazon CC and they again taken pickup request for **th Feb as yesterday .I was waiting for whole day that guy will come to pickup my packet but again no one came on **th Feb and comment has been updated once again that I ( Customer ) has refused to return pickup the packet
