I had bought an I kall tablet from amazon, but it was a defective piece, so I generate return order, company person came and checked the piece, and he approved return, but from amazon no one is coming for pickup, I generated * time return. Many times I called in amazon customer care, but every time they are extend me, and not giving proper reply and not refund my money, so what I have to do
