I ordered a neckband but received the wrong item. I wanted to return it so I contacted them and after investigation I got my my item picked on **th Oct. It's been * days I didn't hear anything so I called them again. They were like seller received the wrong item so we need to investigate again and it will take * days. I got the wrong so I wanted to return right? Whatever I didn't get any reply after * days so I contacted them again. This time they told me to that the case has been forwarded to concerned team and they're solving it on a priority basis. It's been ** days and everytime I reach them out they keep saying the same thing..

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
