Amazon India - Amazon order not received till date

I have ordered one item from Amazon India site. Order number- ***-*******-*******. I have already paid the amount and placed the order. It supposed to be delivered on **th August **** but on **th August **** I got a message that my order is delivered. I haven't received the order. Suddenly I contacted to customer care your social media handle but they don't have any information about it. I am following since **th August **** but till date they don't have any information. Request your kind help for the same.
