Dear Consumerhelpline. We had purchased * products from Amazon.in ecommerce shopping portal. ORDER # ***-*******-*******, amount paid: Rs. **** and ORDER # ***-*******-*******, amount paid: Rs. ****. One product: ( ORDER # ***-*******-*******) came with missing parts, we reported to Amazon, Amazon said, they will send the missing part but, for * months neither they sent parts, nor responding to our emails, calls anymore. *nd product: (ORDER # ***-*******-*******), WAS NEVER DELIVERED TILL DATE. Asked customer care of Amazon many times, they do not know the tracking of the product that they said was shipped more than * months back. They did not GIVE REFUND for the missing parts and NON DELIVERED product till date. Their customer service, even Nodal officer email of Amazon we approached. NONE OF THEM HELPED with product delivery. Nor assured us of any tracking of the missing part and the Product they did not deliver in months. They say they will deliver the missing part and product, then they do not do and again we write to them, again they say they will address our concern some day, not sure when. This has been very unfair practice from Amazon who neither Delivered the said product, NOR refunded money. Need the justice. Kindly help us. Please find attached the communication emails. Product receipt.
