I ordered iphone ** from amazon.com great indian festive sale on ** oct for ***** which supposed to deliver by ** oct but it got lost in transit so amazon asked for few more days to deliver or to issue replacement on ** there executive told me that they have issued replacement and i have mail for same but today when i called they suprisingly told me they initiated refund without any concent now tgey is no offer on any site now same phone will cost me **** more without earphone and charger and at ** oct i was getting airpods worth rs ***** free with iphone ** from apple web site so in any i had to now suffer loss of *k-**k
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
