Amazon sent wrong products twice and after returning the replacement product, they sent an email about getting the refund in my bank account and according to its executive i did the necessary steps to re-add my bank account in amazon but after ** days, they are telling me that i will get the refund via paper check. Its is truely an example of money holding for long time and corrupt practices of mis-information.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
