I am a seller on Amazon. A few customers ordered some products from me and i sent them. They returned the products saying they did not like the color etc. I am on self ship option. Amazon picked up the product from the customer but did not deliver to my address. No one called me to know my location if they were unable to find out. Amazon helpline advised me to file a safety claim for the product to get reimbursement. I filed safety claim but they kept denying me again and again saying that an attempt was made to deliver the product. I kept saying that no one called me while delivering the product and they should either return my product or reimburse me. But they kept denying me again and again. Because of this, i am facing huge loss since customers are returning products and i am not getting back the products or the reimbursement. When i called Amazon helpline again, they kept ssaying that i have to file safety claim only. This is height of irresponsible behaviour from such a big company like Amazon.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
