Subject: Urgent: Wrong Product Received & Repeated Pickup Failures – Request for Refund (Order No. ***-*******-*******) on Amazon
I am writing to report a serious issue with my recent order (Order No. ***-*******-*******) on amazon placed on **th September **** for a Vivo V** *G (Titanium Grey, *GB RAM, ***GB Storage) sold by CLICKTECH RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED.
I received a different product inside the package instead of the Vivo V** *G. I raised a return request, but despite arranging pickup *–* times, the Delhivery pickup agents refused to collect the item, saying they are not authorized to pick up this product.
This issue has caused a lot of inconvenience, and I have been waiting for a resolution for several days
° Today amazon told me I am not able to help.
