Amazon - Amazon does not respect your words law and order

You yourself asked us the time of ** Hours for pick up as you were contacting Blue Dart Higher officers for Pick up immediately . you assured me in the Given Email dated ** August This is maximum time I have to wait for pickup if is not done in this time line I will get refund immediately .
More than ** Hours Passed . . Days passed I gave time even after for pick up till *.
I waited for more than ** Times rescheduled Pickup .It was enough I had Duty .

Now when Despite all efforts and ** hours Passed I am being told you can't refund till Pick up Made I give you time of * Days within this if Refund not Done I will File petition with the Court for compensation mentality Harassment ,Time wastage and refund of product .

This is the Last opportunity you have to settle the Case till ** August Else I being the Advocate will have to Take action against amazon for amount UpTo * Lakh including compensation .

Choice is yours respect Law and orders or Give compensation of time , mentality Harassment with refund .
