Hope you are doing well and I am not.
ORDER # ***-*******-******* - This order was delivered to me today. The delivery agent told me that, he will open the package and take a picture of what's inside and then hand it over to me, else he will not. So, it's open delivery from now? Or, was it a inspect and buy order? He told all future orders will be done like this, as my account is a fraud. Why don't you block my account if that's the case or this is a personal grudge against me?
I must say I am disappointed, please understand that I am writing this email with great frustration because of the mountain that Amazon has made out of order. He insulted me in front of other customers. I have made a video recording and even my apartment entrance has CCTV footage. Attached video recordings.
With a strong belief in the mission of customer satisfaction that Amazon abides by, I will await your response.
This is not something I had imagined I would undergo. I sincerely hope and pray that all of you or your friends and foes will not have to face such situations ever in your life because trust me it is stressful beyond imagination.
I do not want anyone to call me or visit my place. Do whatever you want to do internally. I am done with Amazon, will post this wherever possible, I have requested my Apartment team as well to share other CCTV footage.
I just want to understand, do your policy allow a delivery agent to do this?
Give him the right to insult a customer?
Given his rights to open the package without customer consent?
