I had ordered a product OLEEV ACTIVE oil (*Qty) which was listed at a price MRP ***/- with sale price ***/- mentioning a statement that if you order you will save **/- (**%). But when I received the product the MRP mentioned on the product was ***/-. How did I get a discount of **% and how did I save **/- on that product. Customers like me who choose a product blindly on the basis of MRP and Discount mentioned on official website are cheated every second daily. Customer service people are saying they are helpless and can't register a complaint neither they can return the product. I have the images mentioning the discount details and actually received product.
The disputed amount is ***/- and I need the mentioned discount which was promoted so nicely which compelled me to purchase the product. Orelse return the product.
Please help me out to get the mentioned discount from Amazon.com fresh so that they can't cheat other customers like this anymore.
