Amazon - Amazon cheats members stating genuine reason to return a non returnable item

Hi, my call was transferred to * different people regarding returning an item that is a door hanger with hanging hooks. The top part of the hook is made for hanging on the door and it doesn't allow to close the door at all. Amazon told me to send the item picture and I did. Transferred call to a person named Shubam who didn't care to listen that they are selling a defective door hanger that doesn't allow to close the door and if you try force and close the door it damages any wooden floor.
Shubam was rude and said it a non returnable item and this is final resolution and there no one above him to talk to as he is the senior person. He refused to allow me to talk to a manger and telling me to rate his conversation which he is concerned about. Nasty pathetic service. I need a refund for this.
