I was Ordered on ** January **** Order# ***-*******-******* samsung Galaxy M**s mobile on RBL Credit Card EMI Scheme from Amazon.In But on Dated **.**.**** his delivery boy Refused to Deliver N cancel the Order by Amazon team and Return to Seller.
Now After that they will Refunded me **** Rs Against **** Rs as prepaid by me From Credit Card..
Now After Call to RBL Bank for Preclosure of EMI after not getting the Product they will Charge me Extra *** Rs to Bank for that.
Now i was paid *** Rs to Amazon & Bank without Gettng the Mobile as i had ordered.
Plz Resolve the issue asap and give the lesson to Amazon that such type of issues will not repeat in Future like that.
