My account is on hold since *-* weeks. I am following up with the customer executive since *-* weeks but yet my account is not unhold. Whenever i contact them they say that you'll receive a call/mail/sms from the account specialist team, which i am hearing since the start, but yet its on hold. I have shared all my details which were asked. Seriously didnt like this service alot.
