I have ordered apple i phone ** **gb white color from flipkart on *th april **** i got my phone on **th april ****, after i unbox the product i saw that it has scratches and dents on it as i got the used product after that I immediately put a replacement request through their app and they have given me a date for resolution that is **th april **** but I didn’t get any response on **th april **** and they have updated that issue has been resolved by troubleshooting and this was not done by any Flipkart person and also this was not a case of troubleshooting, Then i put refund request on same date then i got a update that your issue will be resolved by **th april **** that is today am writing this complaint and i got call from flipkart that they cant help in that and ask me to call to the seller as they are saying this is the best resolution
But my question is if I bought this phone from flipkart then why should i call the seller
So this is the scenario and still i want my refund from them
