Club Factory App - always cancelled my orders

i purchased * shoes from club factory but after * week they cancelled my orders. first they delayed my orders and after that they cancelled all and give refund but one of shoes refund is pending till now.i purchased on */*/****. i think they cancelled my orders because of price of products. i ordered them at cheap price.
* shoe price was rs.***.**
*nd shoe price was rs.***.** and
*rd was ***.**
and last one was approx. same but they cancelled my orders and tell me items are unavailable but when i checked items are in stock and their prices increased. i want my orders with same amount that i paid before. one proof is attached with increased price of shoes and is in stock but they dont send me and tell lie that item is unavailable.
