Purchased reliance mart GV on **/**/**** from magicpin. But when I went to billing center for the redemption of GV , it reflects as already redeemed. Multiple calls done to Magicpin but they are saying to wait for ** hours but now it is almost * days but I have not received any resolution and customer care team is increasing the time day by day. There is no contact number for customer where they can directly call them. Only mail ID or app is given but they are not providing any resolution.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
