I ordered cake from magicpin worth rs.***.** the rider cancelled the order saying that the location is wrong and then the app refunded only rs.***.* on contacting customer support in one session they are saying that the refund is of ***.* and in another session they are saying that the refund is of ***.** but the bank credited the amount partially and asked me to contact bank. But the amount refunded is only ***.* nothing more is refunded from their side. They are just making fool out of us.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
