Order food on MagicPin, Order Id: *********. The order was delayed, on checking the app, noticed that the delivery person deviated from the actual path and was traveling away from my place- and in the app, it mentioned - "The order is delayed, There was a small detour and the order is enroute". I raised a query in InApp Customer Service(Issue No:*******) and was told that the order in on the way.
After further follow-up- the order was canceled stating that I was not reachable during delivery.
This is not true, as no attempt was made to contact me during delivery.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
