Complaint about Shiprocket services and demand for reimbursement.
All of a sudden, without any prior information or attempt at delivery, around ** of my prepaid orders were marked as RTO by Shiprocket. To make matters worse, RTO charges were levied, and my Amazon account was even blocked as a result. This has caused me immense financial and reputational damage, and I cannot help but feel betrayed by the lack of communication and transparency from your end.
I have thoroughly checked and recharged my wallet to ensure that there were no payment issues on my end. I was even advised by a lady from your team to recharge an additional **,***/- to prevent my account from getting blocked, which I did by recharging **,***/-. Despite this, I was shocked to receive another demand for a recharge of **,***/-, which I feel is unfair and an attempt to blackmail me into paying more.
I am now left with no option but to seek legal action against your company for the damages caused to me.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
