Dish TV - All Channels not provided in the package

All the channels as promised and provided in the website(https://www.dishtv.in/dth-packages/dish-prime-hd-pack-MTF*ODM*.aspx#) have not been provided.
The channels which are not provided are, viz:

*. Sony TEN *
*. Sony TEN * HD
*. Sony TEN * HD

The customer care executive are also not helpful in this regard. Please help resolve my query ASAP.
