Ajio - AJIOreturn cancelled by saying nonAJIO product

I had placed the return request and returned the Lavie bag because it was different than website description, the same I informed to AJIO customer care via email along with proof. Then, after verify courier person picked up the product and later got called from Ajio that they received non-Ajio product, therefore can't accept your return and reshipping the product. When I received that product it was totally different than one I gave to courier person. I have been contacting Ajio for refund but they are saying they have received non ajio product so they won't refund. I had returned the ajio product and if they received non ajio then in such case they should penalized courier because courier person picked the Ajio product by thorough verification from me. As a part of return policy as we know the tag should be intact to product and it should be in its original packing the same things courier guys are checking while receiving the return product. If it was non ajio then courier person wouldn't have picked up. Please help me to get refund and take action against such cheating by delivery guys.
