I have ordered * item on Ajio app on **th Jan While ordering it was showing it will get delivered by **. Later they updated delivery date to ** and **th. Post that I have raised a complaint on their app initially the resolution date was **rd post that they have changed delivery dates twice and resolution date twice.
On calling to support team they were laughing at the situation and purposefully disconnected calls. I keep getting messages that product is out for delivery but not received any product till date.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
