Ajio - Ajio suspended my account i wNt to return few clothes not able to return hence refund is not credite

I have purchased few clothing on ajio which got delivered on ** feb **** ,

I am mentioning the order I'd

*.EX********** Acid wash black Jean's
*.EX********** heavily wash blue Jean's and v neck longline voilet cardigan
*.EX********** maternity camisole black top

I called so many times customer care to
Raise return request from their side
But they simply say your account is suspended we cannot make return request.
It's not my problem that fitting issues comes,I hve to return product,I will not bear this monetary loss of **** rs.

I need my refund.
