Ajio App is not quite user friendly to track delivery partners as a delivery partner picked up extra items and didnt initiate refund. Now I dont have his contact or Ajio's support to get my refund
It occurred on: **/**/****
This meant that I had around * return items from my recent orders and there were pickup arranged on **th April . The earliest delivery partner took * items and suggested that I would get a refund email shortly. After his departure, another delivery person reached and asked for parcel and I told that I already provided all the items to the previous person. Now the person initiated refund check only for * items(which he was supposed to pick) and didnt return the * items and now I dont have the product or refund. Ajio app does not display the partner details and assigns multiple partners for multiple pickup/delivery
I need my refund for the three items where were picked up-
Product code: *********_yellow, Sheetal women square neck A line dress(Product code: *********_mauve), Hello design V-Neck A line maxi dress pink
I have been following up via customercare@ajio.com to get it resolved but they are not helpful as they didnt understand the issue. I am in UK and I cant call their toll free number and they cant call my UK number

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
