Ajio - Ajio Return of product being constantly rejected and refund not being sent

I had ordered a tshirt whose order id is ********** .I have opted to return the item several times as per their directions it is intact with its price tag and bill. But still they keep my request on hold and everytime the return request is rejected.They have been harassing me. I want to get the product returned and want a refund as soon as possible.
