Respected sir / Mam,
I ordered a product from ajio shopping app.
But as the product was not as was shown in picture I filed a return .
But the code on pasted on product is not clear so the pickup agent failed to make the pickup .
I requested again and again to ajio customer care mail but to no avail .All I got was automated reply.
After many mails , I was asked to wait till ** June to get a solution but there had been no response from their end.
Because of their poor customer service ,I'm facing a a lot of difficulty in getting any solution.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
