I have ordered a product from AJIO on **th April ****. They have delivered an open box product on *rd of May. And, I created a return request on *th May.
Since that day, AJIO started harassing me in several ways by not picking up the product. I have also offered to ship the product myself which they denied and asked me to wait until it's picked up.
Further, they started declining all my return requests for no reason by stating that they couldn't pick up. I have created the return request around *-* times and waited for weeks together to get it resolved and receive a refund. However, till date they have not resolved it. They mentioned that there is a logistics issue in the whole state of Telangana, but yet they accepted my return request.
After several attempts they asked me to self-ship the product.
After reporting it in the NCH forum, they sent a courier partner to pick up the product on **nd of May and yet till date they have not issued a refund. Further, they keep sending me messages that the Return is cancelled. And also they are not acknowledging the fact that the product has already been picked up. And they still ask me to self-ship it.
I have waited very patiently for more than * month and I have given every chance for them to resolve it normally but they have harassed me in every possible way. I made ***s of calls and explained all this to every single executive but with no luck.
Now, I not only need the refund, but I need the company to compensate for the mental agony they have put me through by holding my money.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
