I have placed an order worth **k of ** items. I have received one wrong product. I have placed for an return of the product. They picked up. After ** days, I called them. They say that I have returned wrong AJIO product and they can’t refund or return the product. I just came to know that the same thing happened with a friend of mine. I could also see many complaints regarding the same issue.
I can now say that AJIO is a fraud company. Filled with scamsters and fraudsters. In this pandemic times, eating away the hard earned money of the customers.
I am now confident that I lost my money.
