Archana iyer filed complaint against Ajio on Jul 4, 2021
I had placed and order for two frocks for *-* years old. The order is prepaid. An amount of *** got debited from my account. But the order is not showing in my account. I have not received any confirmation email or message from AJIO as well. The amount also has not been credited to my account..no order showing and no refund also. I am trying to reach customer care since *-* days. They are not replying and sending auto generated emails stating they will get back. But they haven't got back yet. They put me on hold on toll free number. I have attached all screenshots in the email to ajio but no reply and cooperation from their end.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
