Ajio - AJIO account suspended and AJIO wallet balance blocked

I have purchased AJIO gift cards from Paytm and added money to AJIO wallet. I placed few orders and I don’t like quality , size and fitting issue . So , I returned those products they refund amount to AJIO wallet but u am not able to place new orders and not able to use AJIO wallet balance *,***-/
Almost one week over , I tried many times to contact them but they saying can’t do anything and giving reason I returned **% product so they suspended my AJIO account. Then i asked refund my money but they saying AJIO wallet balance can’t be transfers and only can place order’s in AJIO. Now I am understanding what to do I can’t place orders and my money stuck on AJIO wallet they. Customer service simply saying they can’t do anything. Please help me to get money back otherwise help me to place orders in AJIO to reactivate my account.
