Ajio - Ajio Account blocked Login Issue

Hi There,

I have been using the Ajio app from past few years and suddenly the account has been blocked without any reason. i am not able to login with my account from last *-* days and it's very frustrating. I have received a few items that I wanted to return but I do not have any access to do anything about the same.

I have been trying calling Customer care but it's not reachable, Your staff needs to take a breath and not get on to the customer's nerves. I want my account and right to be resurrected, at least you should have informed me before blocking my account so that i could return all the products because i am having around *-*k in my ajio account.
I request you to kindly reinstate my account. I am horrified by such an incident and would like you to resolve my issue ASAP.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve on priority else i will have to take this to social media and consumer forum. I do not want to deal with AJIO, it is a pain.
