Ajio – Missing * items from *‑piece clothing order and unjust denial of claim.
I placed Ajio order ID FN********** on ** Nov **** for a *‑piece clothing combo/set. The package delivered on ** Nov **** contained only * piece, but Ajio has charged me for all * pieces. Items received: only * piece; items missing: * pieces. Complaint reference no. with Ajio: COM***********.
I raised a complaint immediately with Ajio support and provided all details, but their backend team has replied that they did a “validation” and found no issue from their side and closed my case. This is completely unfair as I have paid for * items and received only *.
I have clear evidence: photos of the outer packet, the packet slip/invoice clearly showing * pieces, and the package size itself makes it impossible to hold * pieces of clothing that I ordered. I am seeking: (*) refund of the value of the * missing pieces OR shipment of the * missing items at no extra cost, and (*) assurance that such quantity discrepancies are not denied in future without properly checking the customer’s evidence.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
