My name is Kalpesh and I have not received refund after *** days of initiated refund by Goibibo which would be received within ** to ** days as per email confirmation by Goibibo for booking id AMDNTS*YI and Airline PNR-RC*YUR. As per Turkish airline due to non operation full refund would be given to customer at time of cancellation. Now goibibo is using our money and delaying refund and give support via artificial intelligence customer complaint service and surprisingly there is no email address to write them.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
