I tried booking my tickets with Travolook on**th Aug **** & due to some technical difficulties, they were unable to process my tickets and I got the booking cancelled mail within few minutes to my registered email id
I was suppose to get my refund within * to ** working days, so ideally I should have got my payment latest by *nd Sept ****. But i didn't receive my payment still.
I called up their customer support team on *rd Sept **** & checked for my refund. Where i was given an update stating it will take ** more days to process my payment. I am still waiting for my refund
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
