Hi
I applied for Airtel Xtream fiber for my Home in Sec ** Chandigarh on ** Aug ****. The sales guy visited and did my KYC and i paid Rs**** through airtel portal. I got text from airtel saying installation will happen soon.
Its been almost a week no installation happened. I am tired of calling airtel concerned employees. They keep saying today tomorrow but they never come.
I even tried calling sales guy numerous time to cancel my order and help with my refund. But he also keep saying today and tomorrow.
If airtel cant install fiber in my house atleast they should have courtesy to cancel and refund my money. so that i can switch to other brand for fiber.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
