airtel - Airtel Xstream Not Installed even after payment

Hi I done payment of Rs ****.** on * August and the expected date of installation is * Aug **:** pm, I am in continuous touch with Tanmay (**********) who claims to be an executive in Airtel. He is not picking up my calls now and keeps ignoring me and making false promises It will be done today today today and today. No one actually looking into the matter. I am so frustrated with this kind of behavior now. Not even the guy who is going to install wifi is picking up Call Aman Kumar(***********). They all are ganged up to make fools of customers. You really do look for your staff and services.
Either install the Jio Fibre because paid on * Aug and the plan is already started, But I can't able to even use it. For what I am paying for then.
Or return my money back I will pick up a better Wifi service for myself.
