We had applied for Airtel Fiber under the name of Atish Sarkar and had paid the Installation charge plus the monthly rental for the first month amounting to Rs **** on **.**.****. However, the Fiber has not yet been installed in our home. Despite repeated reminders through phone calls and messages, the matter is not resolved yet. When asked the official at the store is stating about some issues with the port. If port is not available or there is no feasibility in the area, why did they not inform that beforehand? If the connection can't be provided the company should own up their fault and give us the refund with interest. Else, install the fiber at the earliest.
