Airtel is running scam wherein existing postapid customers are denied purchase of new hotspot devices...
The literature earlier or today doesnt mention anything of that sort. Why does existing postpaid billing customers compelled to buy a new sim card wherein they already have.
They are fearless wherein anytime during the purchase of sim this was never provided in writing earlier too...
Neither the current brochure speaks about of such conditions. the device sale is separate and doesn't come up with paced sim card both products are entitled for separate sale, then why is airtel is compelling to buy the same wherein when i am already a postpaid customer
