V B filed complaint against Airtel on Aug 3, 2020
I paid for an Airtel Recharge yesterday night via Google Pay and the amount was deducted from my bank account but wasn't credited to my Airtel prepaid mobile account.
Since I needed to use my Airtel mobile, I made another recharge, this time via PhonePe and this time it was reflected correctly.
My previous recharge is not showing up anywhere on the Airtel Thank you App.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
