Hello, two days back I recharged my airtel prepaid sim, amount of ***, in that recharge they have mentioned some benefits, in that I didn't receive amazon prime video subscription, after I complained the customer care they said wait **hrs, after that I received a call from them telling that you are claimed the benefit on last recharge so this time you can't avail that offer, this is never they mentioned anywhere, I have the confirmation messages also from them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
