I wanted to deactivate airtel payments bank option from my airtel number and went to airtel office at thrissur eastfort, where they told me to send a mail to "wecare@airtelbank.com" for cancelling the same and they aid it will take * days for cancellation.i send the mail on **-dec-**** since the annual subscription was due on **-dec-****.since i didnt get any confirmation i went again to the airtel office and toild them the issue. Then they gave me a number of Mr. Ajmal(**********) who told me to send a mail directly to him. After sending the mail i came to know it will again take * days to get it cancelled where as it took only * min to get activated.* days again means they will taking the subscription charges again from me.Its not a matter of *** rs annual fee,but what the customer has to go to get things done, where as subscriptions will automatically get added to our number even without our knowledge within seconds.
I need a small justice for this. These companies play with peoples emotions everytime.
