I have been emailing Airtel from October ****, I have sent close to ***-*** emails and they have neither acknowledged my emails not resolved my query
When I ask for connection they ask me clear the outstanding balance. Why am I expected pay bills if Airtel is not resolving my concerns
I have contacted appellate.del@airtel.com also but they also don't reply to my emails
I got in touch with net team from Airtel and after sometime they also stopped replying to my emails
They are not even helping me with basic details like my internet usages, my outstanding amount, broadband and mobile but working
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
