NIKHIL GUPTA filed complaint against Airtel on Jan 4, 2021
Regarding new XtReam Fiber Connection I have paid the Airtel Sales Agent (Kranthi) on **th November, ****. He delayed the activation of the connection until *st Dec and when i raised the complaint he falsely said i have requested for a new location.
I would humbly like to note the behavior of the sales agent first toward noticing the incorrect address i.e. House number he noted as A*** instead of A*** and then delaying the connection for * week. I specifically told him i need that connection in urgent and he still behaved like that.

Further Airtel denied service giving invalid reason completely that in my apartment the airtel braodband is not there, whihc by that time i was usingmy neighbours airtel broadband. Now after closure they are not refunding money even after so many emails to Appellate Authorities and Goverment Grievance portal too. They are not shameful on harassing the customer and stealing money like that.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
