I joined #Airtel on ** April **** and from the day one I am facing network issue. Just to make or receive a single call I have to go *-*km far away from my home. I had more than *** discussions with customer support and **email till today but the result is we apologize for the inconvenience and we are trying to improve network strength in your area. I have lost many business opportunities, mental illness and wastage of my valuable time.
They are accepting that they have network issues in my area so there is no service but without any any service they want full bill payment from customer.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
