VINURAJ filed complaint against Airtel on Jul 22, 2020
Dear Respective team,
I would like to inform you that, yesterday I was recharged through online and I got confirmation message from *** desk “already *** recharge benefits will get after *hours. So I was recharged time *.**pm, unfortunately Airtel team not give a that recharge plan and also I’m waiting till now . Many more time I tried to contact *** but no bad can answer. I wrote mail complaint about the same but same nobody respond, this is very cheating for Coustomr because already we have sufficient amount for recharge we don’t have more amount. So already debits *** INR but recharge not done if any network issue anything *** % should be inform to the Coustoumr right time so here no care about Coustomr. I loose more time I don’t have internet packages so I face more difficult only I trust airtel newt work. I need the exact clarification and my all lose responsibilities who will take care ??? Advice me
