I had activated ** days international roaming pack effective from *Th May ** for my tour to USA. As I tried to make calls in USA there was no service and I had lodged complaints using Wi-Fi at my home. Finally on **nd I received *st call and on **th I was informed Airtel my connection is active.
On this I had sent mail to extend Validity period since they did activate . I was informed that it’s not possible.
The roaming pack expired on *Th Aug and on *th I got SMS saying the pack expired on *th and if I need I had to repurchase .
Since am returning on *th Aug I did not repurchase .
Today I have received bill for Rs ****.** saying I have used from *Th Aug- *th Aug and the pack is automatically activated.
It’s unjust and illegal and harassment of a senior citizen .
Request your kindsleves to take action and alert other customers who have purchased roaming packs
